Finding the right saddle is a symbiotic with bike fit as the choice of saddle effects extension, flexion and rotation of position. 

Finding a saddle that works can be difficult and a frustrating process. 

The saddle that works for one discipline, might not necessarily work for another discipline. This is because aside from the obvious differences in use, the way a cyclist rotates their pelvis can be markedly different between disciplines.
